Long serving Cub Scout Leader, Rebecca Miller, has announced that she will be leaving the 18th Cambridge over the summer as she prepares for a new life in Gloucestershire. The move has come as a result of a change in working circumstances.

Rebecca's departure means Assistant Cub Leader, Charles Brown, will be taking charge of the pack from September and was officially presented with his scout leader's warrant by the District Commissioner at the Sunrise Ceremony celebrations.

Rebecca has already indicated that, although absent, she will continue to support the group and has pledged to return for Pack Holidays and Cub Camps in the future.

For now though, we'd like to wish Rebecca all the best in the future and say a big thank you for all the work she has done for the 18th Cambridge Scout Group.
