TriBe Fundraising Smashes £252

Beaver Leaders at the 12th, 18th & 26th Cambridge Beaver colonies (TriBe) would like to say a big thank you to parents for helping raise a staggering £252 for new equipment and craft materials. All three colonies have been busy running raffles and tombolas alongside their Easter performances, and parents have given generously along with other family and friends.

Emma Roberts, Beaver Leader, says she is pleased with the result;

"That's going to go a long way to replacing vital resources for the coming months. We're thrilled with the total and would like to thanks parents for taking part and giving us the support."

The leaders will now go ahead and purchase the new resources, which they hope will be avaiable for the beginning of the summer term. However, the groups are still keen to get their hands on new sports equipment and are encouraging parents to collect the Sainsbury's Active Kids vouchers to make this possible.
