Members of the 18th Cambridge Scout Group have been given a chance to test drive a great new facility online.

Records Online, which is part of Project YoYo, will allow parents to keep track of their child's badge work and activity records, simply by logging on to the 18th website. The initial version is based around Beaver Scouting.

The 18th are offering one lucky Beaver, Cub or Scout an opportunity to win a free place on the Group Outing in October, worth £10...just by answering 10 simple questions using the data in Records Online.

Members and supporters can take part by clicking here. The competition is open to all Beavers, Cubs and Scouts at the 18th Cambridge and closes on Friday 5th September.

The winning entry will be picked out of a hat at the first Cub meeting on Monday 8th September.

Project YoYo, which will offer activities for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts online, will launch sometime in September 2008.
